Meet the musician putting smiles on the faces of children

Perppy Tsahey or Perppy as she is affectionately called by many has been putting smiles on the face of many children through her program held every year for the past five years dubbed"Let a child smile". The female discovery of the year at the just ended Ashiaman Music Awards believes that she has been blessed so she can bless the life of these little ones. The "Tie" hit maker will therefore hold another edition of "let a child smile this year on the 25th of December.
